A leading leisure park operator in Ballymahon seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the Central Buildings maintenance team. You will develop and implement systems for planned preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with responsibilities including task allocation and budget management. This position offers a salary of €56,212 per annum plus a 12% bonus, alongside excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER - CENTRAL BUILDINGS | €56,212 per annum and 12% bonus
The successful candidate will work as part of the Technical Services Management Team to provide structure, planning and direction to the Central Buildings maintenance team. Developing and delivering a strategy and system of planned preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of facilities, in addition to overseeing reactive maintenance and ensuring jobs are prioritised and completed in a timely manner.
You will facilitate and develop a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team, whilst ensuring effective performance management strategies are in place and your team are actively contributing towards this.
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. You will also be required to take part in the on call rota. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
You will have previous practical and supervisory experience in planning and prioritising tasks within a building, electrical or mechanical background.
