Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Manager for our Manufacturing client based in County Kildare.

Commutable from Carlow, Laois & Kildare areas.

This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, equipment reliability, and driving maintenance excellence. Full Benefits Package on offer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee reliable operation & maintenance of all company equipment.
• Develop & implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Administer & improve the CMMS maintenance program.
• Manage resources, budgets & spare parts strategy.
• Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with GMP & safety standards.
• Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as key contact for vendors & contractors.

What You Need:

• Technical Qualification / Trade Qualified.
• Must have 5+ years’ management experience.
• Must have 10+ years in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Experience with BMS & SCADA systems.
• Mechanical & electrical process plant knowledge.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM).
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
