We are partnering with a growing international food manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Manager for their Co. Kildare plant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its people, processes, and facilities.

The Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the maintenance department and ensuring all company-owned assets are properly maintained. You will:

  • Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to ensure knowledge and skills remain at industry standards.
  • Administer the CMMS maintenance program – including adding equipment, creating & updating preventive maintenance tasks, and analysing performance data.
  • Monitor the quality of maintenance across the site, conducting inspections to ensure work meets GMP and safety standards.
  • Partner with project management teams to deliver site projects on time and within budget.
  • Uphold a positive, professional culture by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Technical skills: Strong knowledge across multiple trades, particularly electrical and PLC programming.
  • Other skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, computer, and analytical abilities.
