Job summary

HERO Recruitment seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for a leading medical device facility in Ireland. You will take full ownership of maintenance, leading a team of technicians, driving asset reliability and ensuring production continuity in a highly regulated environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop and execute site-wide maintenance strategies, manage the budget and CMMS systems, and drive continual improvement through robustRoot Cause Analysis and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• CMMS experience with SAP PM or IBM Maximo preferred.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in maintenance management within regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
• Engineering degree preferred; CMRP/CRL a plus.
