Job summary

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in a scientific or engineering discipline relevant to semiconductor processing.
• Significant hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance in commercial/R&D environments.
• Experience with installation, project management, maintenance and process support across semiconductor tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CiR facilities maintenance and team activities.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders and on-site service for equipment support.
• Develop and implement PMs, calibrations, and maintenance strategies.
• Drive RCAs and structured troubleshooting using schematics and vendor support.
• Oversee safety reviews, audits, and KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Act as SPOC for tool moves, shutdowns, and procurement activities.
