Maintenance & Facilities Technician
Naas, Blanchardstown & Central Plaza Dublin (Multi-Site)

At Krispy Kreme, our doughnuts might be the star of the show, but behind the scenes, our engineering and operations teams are the real magic makers. We’re looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our team in Naas & Dublin to play a vital role in both keeping our production lines in top shape and overseeing our Naas warehouse operations.

What you’ll be doing

This role is a unique blend of hands-on maintenance and warehouse supervision. No two days will be the same:

Production Line Maintenance & Servicing
  • Carry out routine servicing and repairs across our three Manufacturing sites.
  • Lead weekly deep cleans (boil outs) of our production lines, full strip downs, sanitisation, and resets.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, repairing where possible or coordinating support with our UK Services team.
  • Order and manage spare parts.
  • Keep everything aligned with Krispy Kreme’s high standards and best practices.
Warehouse Operations (Naas)
  • Take ownership of stock intake, organisation, and inventory management.
  • Receive weekly deliveries and make sure everything is stored safely and efficiently.
  • Run weekly stock counts, track usage, and flag any variances.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Stay on top of health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates on production line performance, maintenance, and stock status.
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
  • We don’t just want someone who can fix machines; we’re looking for a practical problem solver who can also take ownership of a warehouse function.
  • Experience in a technical, maintenance, or servicing role (ideally in food production, FMCG, or manufacturing).
  • Mechanical & Electrical knowledge with skills to confidently diagnose and fix faults.
  • Warehouse/stock management experience.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across different sites.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with suppliers, managers, and international teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a real sense of ownership.
  • Flexibility for the schedule with some 5am starts (Mon–Wed line maintenance, Thurs deliveries, Sun stock counts).
  • A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
