Job summary

Damicor Limited in the Dublin Airport area is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to support installed X-ray and CT-based systems at airports, with on-site service across the Dublin region.

You will install, commission, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and test advanced equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and conduct radiation surveys while adhering to safety procedures such as LOTO. This role offers strong on-site requirements with a generous OTE.

Qualifications

• Install, commission, diagnose and repair X-ray or CT-based equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and radiation surveys.
• Follow safety practices including LOTO and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and customer support at airports.
• Install, commission, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test X-ray/CT equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and radiation surveys.
• Apply Lock Out–Tag Out and report accidents and unsafe conditions.

Location – Dublin Airport

A fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Technician has arisen to work for an internationally recognised X-Ray manufacturing business based in the Dublin area.

Skills required for the role of Maintenance Technician

• Provide effective, efficient, and compliant on-site technical and customer support for installed systems at assigned airports.
• Install, commission, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test a variety of complex X-ray or CT based electronic and electromechanical equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and radiation surveys
• Apply Lock Out – Tag Out (LOTO), following safe lifting practices and same day reporting of any accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
