Job summary

Actavo Group is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our Civils Division in Ireland. You will operate plant machinery safely on infrastructure and utility projects, supporting timely delivery while adhering to site procedures.

The role requires CSCS Plant Operator certification (180/360), Safe Pass, Manual Handling and a full driving licence. You will perform daily inspections and work with ground crews to ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Fully eligible to work unrestricted in Ireland.
• CSCS Plant Operator certification (180/360).
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
• Experience working on civils, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Full manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dumpers, rollers and other construction plant.
• Carry out daily machine inspections and maintenance checks.
• Work alongside ground crews and site supervisors.
• Read site drawings and follow project specifications.
• Comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
