Our client is one of Ireland's leading Cost Management & Project Management Consultancies.

Due to increased business levels they are expanding their teams.

They are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E Project experience to work with clients Key Duties:

Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & Clients

All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projects

Responsibility for training and development of assistant and Junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structure

Estimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to Clients

Preparing Bills of Quantities

Compiling Contract Documentation

Preparing Cost Reports

Preparing Monthly Valuations

Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts

Review and Resolve Contractual Claims

Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members

Training and development

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying

5 years of professional experience with proven track record working on M&E Packages with Subcontractors and Clients in relation to Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts and cost reporting

Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying Packages (Billsoft)
