Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, is now looking for a dedicated Part-Time Meetings & Events Porter to join our growing team.

As a Part-Time Meetings & Events Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our conference and meeting spaces.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms according to client specifications.
  • Supporting customer and client needs in relation to meeting set ups.
  • Assisting with the movement of audio-visual equipment and furniture.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised environment for all events.
  • Providing excellent customer service to event organisers, attendees, and hotel team members.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Is fully flexible and available at weekends and at specific points during the week as required.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Is a team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
