Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior professional to lead technical accounting, financial diligence, and post-close integration for its acquisition strategy. The role collaborates with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, Employee Success and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has robust experience in US GAAP/IFRS, business combinations, and equity arrangements, with strong project management and cross-functional partnering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA (or equivalent) required.
• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge, especially Business Combinations.
• Experience with due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical accounting research and documentation for business combinations.
• Support purchase price allocations and opening balance sheets.
• Analyze stock-based compensation and foreign currency translation.
• Prepare audit memos and support audits.
• Lead or support integration workstreams and opening balance sheets.
