Sanofi is seeking a Head of Engineering & Maintenance for the Lyophilisation unit in Waterford, Ireland. You will lead all lyophilisation engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring reliable supply for global patients and compliance with cGMP, safety, and engineering standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and headcount, and develop teams to meet KPI targets and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Formación

• High-level engineering degree required and relevant management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance strategies and reliability programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lyophilisation and maintenance activities to meet production objectives.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
• Execute maintenance strategy (corrective, preventive, predictive).
• Manage maintenance KPIs and budgets.
• Develop training and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee staffing and resource planning.
