Zusammenfassung

Adare Manor in Ireland invites a skilled Sommelier to join The Carriage House team. You will oversee our wine program, deliver warm, expert service, and guide guests through extensive lists from 20 countries with 780+ labels, under the Head Sommelier.

The role requires a WSET/CMS Level 2 or equivalent and at least 2 years' luxury-hospitality experience, with strong knowledge of French and New World wines, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• WSET/CMS Level 2 (or equivalent) is required.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Sommelier in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of French and New World wines.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic service environment.
• A true passion for wine and exceptional guest service.

• Deliver warm, personalised, and expert wine service to our guests.
• Confidently guide guests through our extensive wine programme.
• Support cellar management, including stock control, organisation, and ordering.
• Assist in the evolution of our wine lists and pairing experiences.
• Provide wine education and training for the wider Food & Beverage team.
• Maintain impeccable service standards reflective of Adare Manor's excellence.
