Job summary

Kurt Geiger Newbridge seeks a customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and warmly welcome clients, guiding them to products and building a positive shopping experience. You will help manage stock, support promotions, and contribute to team targets, while upholding brand standards (all black uniform) and representing our luxury footwear and accessories brand with confidence.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in retail is required or preferred.
• Interest and awareness of key fashion trends.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Open/close till system and manage shop security in absence of senior team.
• Welcome clients, guide them to products and understand their needs.
• Manage stock, organise stockroom, and maintain store standards.
• Support sales targets and participate in promotions and training.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and benefits.
• Adhere to brand uniform and be a brand ambassador.
