Job summary

Kurt Geiger in Dublin is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to act as a true ambassador for the brand, leading and coaching teams to deliver exceptional client service and strong sales performance across our luxury footwear and accessories range.

You will own budgets, review brand performance, manage Host Store relationships, schedule staff, uphold store standards, and drive KPI targets while representing Kurt Geiger with confidence and integrity.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage large teams across a store network.
• Strong focus on customer experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to achieve budgeted sales and KPI targets.
