Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Floor Manager for Calvin Klein stores in Ireland.

You will lead a team on the shop floor, drive exceptional customer service, manage merchandising and store operations, and ensure a premium brand experience for every customer. The role requires prior supervisory experience within a premium or luxury brand, the ability to resolve conflicts, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team and deliver high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to deliver top customer service, sales and profitability.
• Support management in personnel, merchandising and store processes.
• Communicate daily objectives, KPIs and store performance to staff.
• Conduct end-of-shift briefings and provide feedback.
• Model best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention and POS.
• Achieve targets for sales, budgets and transactions.
• Report competitor and community information to Store Manager.
• Develop staff focus on customer relationships and service quality.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Analyse store reports and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate day-to-day store operations with Store Manager.
• Perform Manager-on-Duty functions including opening/closing.
