Ballyfin Demesne in Ireland seeks an experienced Groundskeeper to join our Garden team, managing 614 acres of natural beauty and maintaining pristine grounds for guests. Reporting to the Estate Manager, you will contribute to a safe, presentable estate and support broad landscaping tasks.

The role requires experience in grounds maintenance, operable machinery knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mows lawns, trims weeds, and rakes leaves as assigned.
• Picks up debris and maintains a clean, safe estate environment.
• Trims bushes, hedges and removes fallen branches as required.
• Cleans and maintains machinery and equipment.
• Ensures pathways and roadways are free of leaves and debris.
