Job summary

Adare Manor, a globally celebrated luxury resort, is seeking a friendly Luggage Porter to join our Front of House team on a part-time, flexible schedule. You will greet guests, escort them to rooms and assist with luggage, while sharing local insights and property amenities.

You thrive in a hospitality setting, bring warmth and attentiveness, and are eager to go beyond to ensure memorable guest experiences.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Luggage Porter to join our Front of House team on a part-time variable contract of employment.

About The Role

Our Front of House team are the heartbeat of the hotel - they are one of the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, they are the 'go to' team for all Resort information and knowledge and respond to guest queries throughout - their professional attention to minutest of details helps ensure that guest's stay is a seamless one.

Our Luggage Porters greet and escort our guests to their rooms and they transport luggage to and from guest rooms. They also inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.

We are looking forward to speaking to experienced, naturally warm and engaging candidates with a strong drive to always 'go beyond' to ensure that the guest experience is superb.
