Job summary

College Group seeks a Lorry Driver to join our team and ensure timely collections and deliveries while maintaining professional service levels. You will resolve queries and escalate as needed, build strong customer relationships, and adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations.

The role requires 3+ years of HGV driving experience, a full clean HGV licence and CPC card, and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience driving a Heavy Goods Vehicle.
• Must hold full clean HGV Driving Licence / CPC Card.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all collections/ deliveries are made in a professional and timely manner.
• To resolve issues/queries effectively and to escalate to relevant departments where necessary.
• To establish good working relationships with customers.
• Follow route and time schedule.
• Responsible for daily vehicle condition checks.
• Be 100% compliant with Health & Safety, road safety and Environmental Regulations
