Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 0-1 years of related experience.
• NFQ Level 6 in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Third-level qualification in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer service and shipping matters, including creation and maintenance of sales orders and returns.
• Coordinate shipping schedules with materials handling, production and distribution.
• Ensure shipment documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance to avoid delays.
• Align carriers with shipping plans and resolve service disruptions with stakeholders.
• Manage inbound delivery slots and monitor inbound container/parcel shipments.
