Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Quality Monitoring Feedback Associate in Dublin with hybrid work arrangement. The role runs 40 hours per week on a 12-month FTC basis, with potential extension.

You will analyze user content, escalate issues, and support the Trust & Safety function while maintaining strong resilience for sensitive material. Requirements include professional German language proficiency, attention to detail, autonomy, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in German is required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
• Log, track, and re-test defects using internal tracking tools.
• Ensure proper tracking, escalation, and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
• Document test results clearly and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide support for the resolution of customer incidents, requests, and technical issues.

• Qualification High School Diploma GED Any Graduation.
• YOE 0 to 1 years.
• Lang Norwegian C2 , English C1 .
• We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Localization QA Tester to support the quality assurance of consumer facing applications. The ideal candidate is a fluent German speaker with a passion for quality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Multilingual skills and experience testing are a plus.
