Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Quality Monitoring Feedback Associate in Dublin for a full-time 12‑month FTC with potential extension. The role is hybrid in Dublin 3, with 9:00–18:00 hours and some flexibility.

You will analyze and review content, perform testing, and collaborate across teams to improve safety and quality. The position requires German language proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required.
• Detail‑oriented with proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
• Log, track, and re‑test defects using internal tracking tools.
• Ensure proper tracking, escalation, and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
• Document test results clearly and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide support for the resolution of customer incidents, requests, and technical issues.
