We are seeking a Localization Account Manager to join our fully remote Translated AM Enterprise Team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our values of transparency, automation, and global translation delivery.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients to maximize lifetime value and profitability.
  3. Understand client needs, define account goals, and share strategic perspectives.
  4. Partner with the sales team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
  5. Expand relationships with existing clients through tailored solutions.
  6. Maintain open communication to ensure client satisfaction and preempt issues.
  7. Drive account profitability and customer retention.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  9. Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams.
  10. Resolve client issues and handle complaints to maintain trust.
  11. Prepare reports on progress and forecasts using key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an enterprise/key account manager, with a track record of developing targeted clients.
  • Experience in the localization industry is essential.
  • Strong relationship development skills across the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and another language; Italian is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer and web skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience working with international teams and holding a valid passport for travel.
