Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead a team of LMS support representatives.
• Analyse metrics, reports and data trends to drive action plans.
• Provide coaching to ensure productivity and quality.
• Coordinate resolution with other support areas.
• Collaborate with global peers to drive best practices.
• Manage escalations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reviews for direct reports.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and set LMS EMEA vision.
• Engage with LMS stakeholders across EMEA.
