Job summary

BLOOM BEAUTY CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a live-stream sales host to conduct TikTok LIVE sessions from Peninsula Plaza, Singapore, showcasing beauty and skincare products. This role focuses on introducing products, promoting offers and driving sales in a retail environment.

You will explain features, engage viewers, answer enquiries and work toward targets while preparing content and fulfilling orders as needed. Salary includes commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TikTok LIVE sessions to introduce, demonstrate and sell beauty, skincare and cosmetic products.
• Explain product features, usage, promotions and prices accurately during livestreams.
• Engage viewers, answer product enquiries and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Work towards livestream sales targets and conversion goals.
• Prepare products, promotional offers and livestream setup before each session.
• Create simple short-form TikTok videos and product content when required.
• Respond to customer enquiries generated through TikTok and online channels.
• Assist with packing and fulfilment of livestream orders when required.
• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends, new products and promotions.
• Support basic retail duties such as product replenishment, stock checking and customer service when required.
• Perform other reasonable sales and retail-related duties assigned by the company.

Remuneration

• Basic salary plus sales commission / performance incentives.

• Attractive commission structure based on livestream sales performance.
