Main Duties:
  • Being responsible for servicing guests' bedrooms to a very high standard.
  • Maintaining a high level of hygiene in bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Collecting, distributing, and replenishing clean linen and towels throughout the hotel.
  • Removing used linen and ensuring it is returned to the laundry area.
  • Working within the team to deliver high attention to detail across all areas.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and security standards.
  • Delivering excellent customer service in every guest interaction.
  • Ability to follow a schedule and work independently when required.
