The Role

Tesco Ireland is seeking a Line Manager responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers. This role reports to the Deputy Manager and ensures we serve Ireland’s shoppers a little better each day.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and deliver cleaning standards
  • Manage stock control, warehouse layout, and routines
  • Ensure accurate pricing and handle refunds and overcharges
  • Manage front-end operations to prevent queues
  • Recognize excellent service and provide feedback
Candidate Requirements

For the ‘Line Manager’ role, you should have:

  • A passion for delivering the right experience for customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and agility in thinking
  • Experience delivering objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to be the ‘Go To’ person for your department
  • Experience in retail, preferably in a similar role
