Job summary

Schindler Group in Dublin seeks Lift Engineers to service and maintain lift equipment across sites. You will perform routine servicing, diagnose faults, and ensure safety and reliability while following Schindler procedures.

Applicants should hold NVQ Level 3 / NFQ in Lift Maintenance or equivalent, plus strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. A full UK driving licence is required. The role includes a company van and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / NFQ in Lift Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge on multi-brand equipment.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing of lift equipment and minor repairs per procedures.
• Rectify and reduce faults on lift equipment during breakdowns.
• Check lift functions during maintenance using approved tooling.
• Conduct routine inspection and adjustment of lifts and reinstate service.
• Perform advanced fault-finding and diagnostics to restore equipment.
