Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to deliver safe, welcoming and high-quality service at our facilities in Ireland. Casual hours, training provided, and a supportive team ensure you can grow while making a positive difference for customers of all ages.

The role requires NPLQ or equivalent, a competent swim ability and excellent people skills. DBS checks may be required; strong team spirit and flexibility are valued to keep facilities safe and enjoyable.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer with ability to complete swim test.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across ages.
• Team oriented with ability to work across organisation boundaries.
• Flexible and able to follow manager instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, friendly, clean and well-maintained pool and facility experiences.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and guidance.
• Support colleagues and managers to maintain safety and compliance.
