Job summary

SYS Financial Ltd is seeking a Life & Pensions Administrator in Dublin to support Financial Planners and clients across life, pensions and investments. You will handle end-to-end admin, onboarding, AML checks and policy servicing, working closely with advisors and providers to ensure a high-quality client experience.

The successful candidate will bring 1–3 years’ experience, APA qualification, and progress toward QFA; strong AML knowledge and CRM/BIS experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in life, pensions or investment administration.
• APA (Life & Pensions) qualified.
• QFA qualification or working towards.
• Strong AML/compliance knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and client service skills.
• Experience using BIS, CRM systems and provider portals.
• Experience with providers such as Zurich, Irish Life, Aviva or New Ireland.
• Experience with self-administered or group pension schemes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process new business applications through to policy issuance.
• Manage LOAs and TOA requests.
• Complete client onboarding, AML verification and compliance checks.
• Prepare client reports, policy summaries and supporting documentation.
• Process fund switches, top-ups, premium amendments and servicing requests.
• Administer retirement, death and serious illness claims.
• Maintain accurate client records across CRM systems and provider platforms.
• Respond to client and provider queries promptly.
• Collaborate with advisors and colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

SYS Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Life & Pensions Administrator to join our growing team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in life, pensions and investment administration who is looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and supportive financial planning environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners and clients by providing end-to-end administrative and client service support across life, pension and investment products. You will work closely with advisors, clients and providers to ensure the efficient processing of new business, policy servicing and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process new business applications through to policy issuance.
• Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Transfer of Agency (TOA) requests.
• Complete client onboarding, AML verification and compliance checks.
• Prepare client reports, policy summaries and supporting documentation.
• Process fund switches, top-ups, premium amendments and other servicing requests.
• Administer retirement, death and serious illness claims.
• Maintain accurate client records across CRM systems and provider platforms.
• Respond to client and provider queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with advisors and colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in life, pensions or investment administration.
• APA (Life & Pensions) qualified.
• QFA qualified or working towards them.
• Strong understanding of AML, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Full QFA qualification.
• Experience using BIS, CRM systems and provider portals.
• Experience working with providers such as Zurich, Irish Life, Aviva or New Ireland.
• Experience with self-administered pensions or group pension schemes
