A leading IT services provider is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 IT Support Engineer based in Carlow. The role involves providing remote and on-site support, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of experience in IT support and confidence in a multi-client environment. This contract position offers the opportunity for immediate start and potential for future work.
My client is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 IT Support Engineer on a contract basis to assist with escalated technical support and ongoing project work during a busy period. The engineer must be available for an immediate or near-immediate start, ideally with prior MSP experience and confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
