The Anner Hotel, managed by Windward Management Limited, seeks a Leisure Centre Attendant to ensure a high standard of guest service in Thurles. The role supports safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency across the leisure facilities.

Qualifications

Lifeguard qualifications are essential for this role.
Swim teacher qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

To ensure the Leisure Centre operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our guests and members with an excellent service.
Part time and full time roles available.
To ensure the safety and security of leisure centre guests at all times.
To ensure the swimming pool and leisure area is cleaned and maintained to the required standards and Health and Safety regulatory standards.
To assist persons attending the club, ensuring all are comfortable with the exercise equipment.
To ensure the reception and leisure area is thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and dusted daily to hygiene standards.
To comply with all fire, safety and hygiene regulations.
To record any maintenance within the leisure areas.
To demonstrate consistently excellent guest care at all times.
To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the hotel’s procedures.

About The Anner Hotel

The Anner Hotel is a 4 star hotel located in Thurles, mid-way between the cities of Cork and Dublin and is only 1.5 hours from all major cities.
