Link Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive Legal Personal Assistant to join a busy Corporate team within a leading professional services environment. This varied and fast-paced role will see you supporting multiple partners and legal professionals, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. The Role:

Proactively manage diaries and inboxes for partners, including scheduling both domestic and international meetings, requiring strong communication and coordination skills

Arrange complex travel itineraries, including bookings, schedules, expenses, and invoice processing, in collaboration with the organisation’s travel provider

Handle a range of administrative tasks, including expense submissions and other internal processes, ensuring deadlines are met

Organise internal events, such as team celebrations and off-site gatherings

Maintain up-to-date and accurate client and contact records using the CRM system

Liaise effectively with other internal teams including Finance, IT, and Marketing

Manage and organise documents and files using document management systems

Prioritise workload effectively and meet tight deadlines

Provide flexible support as required across the team

The Candidate:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships across teams

Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information

Previous experience in a PA or administrative role within a professional services or corporate environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using digital tools and systems

High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management

Adaptable and eager to take initiative in a dynamic work environment
