Overview

Legal Executive – Commercial Litigation

A major international law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Paralegal/Legal Executive to bolster their successful Commercial Litigation team.

Working with clients across Ireland and the EU, and with deep ties to the USA, the growing team at this well-respected firm acts on behalf of clients across various industries in matters such as representation at the Irish High Court (including its Commercial Court division), Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

The successful candidate can expect to work on matters including corporate and complex disputes (internal and intra-company), international arbitration, fraud investigations, civil enforcement, multijurisdictional issues, professional negligence claims, and cross-border litigation, among others.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A motivation and desire to succeed in every role they undertake;
• At least 1 year’s experience in a legal support role within a Commercial Litigation team;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Dedication to continuing professional development.
