Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory monitoring and coverage reviews to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with current requirements.


• Perform ad hoc legal research to provide timely insights and support internal teams on complex regulatory and compliance matters.


• Collaborate on platform remediation initiatives and contribute informed feedback on new product developments.


• Balance moving priorities and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.


• Work independently while contributing positively to team goals.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

• Good knowledge of a legal system and its laws, with an interest in expanding this knowledge to other jurisdictions.


• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent standard of professionalism.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate effective time management.


• Interest in RegTech and how technology supports compliance functions.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in legal research, compliance, or regulatory environments (internships included).
