Job summary

Vertiv Ireland Limited in Letterkenny seeks a CI Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across assigned departments, applying Lean and Lean Six Sigma methods to improve KPI performance through the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).

You will act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation, leading data analysis, planning, change management, and training in CI methodology, and collaborating with management to deploy the VOS strategy while delivering high-quality process

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading CI projects using Lean/Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong data analysis, planning and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI projects across assigned departments and drive KPI improvements.
• Diagnose barriers, facilitate resolution, and manage change.
• Develop, execute and sustain process improvements using VOS methodologies.
