Job summary

Integer Ireland Limited is seeking operators to support lean manufacturing in a GMP environment. You will follow SOPs, assist with machine setup and asset care, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safe working practices.

The role emphasises accurate documentation, strict adherence to gowning procedures, and cooperative teamwork in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic PC skills an advantage.
• Good timekeeping, attendance and performance record.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the Integer team and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and job breakdown sheets; document as required.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor and maintain documentation.
• Assist with machine setup and asset care in dedicated areas.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to gowning procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas (5S).
• Comply with behavioural standards and company policies.
