Job summary

An Post is seeking a Test Automation Lead to drive automation efforts across the IT function. You will lead the automation testing strategy, mentor Quality Engineering and development teams, and shape the automation framework and standards.

You will collaborate across digital domains and services, contribute during Agile sprints, and work with DevOps to embed testing in delivery pipelines. A strong background in Playwright and Typescript is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in test automation across environments and industries.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate automation testing initiatives and tool adoption.
• Develop and own the Test Automation Core Framework and standards.
• Mentor QA and development teams on test automation practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges.
• Contribute to Agile sprints, code reviews and testability improvements.
• Drive CI/CD integration and automated deployments for testing.
