We are hiring a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a 1 year fixed term contract as a Stryker employee. Candidates are required to speak fluent French & English + either Italian/Spanish.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and hire top talent to support Stryker’s Supply Chain, HR, Engineering & Finance functions in EMEA. This is a full-cycle recruitment role within our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).

  • Recruit
  • Full cycle recruitment responsibilities from initial Intake Meeting with the Hiring Manager through to presenting offers and initiating contract creation & onboarding activities via HR colleagues.
  • Facilitate Intake Meetings with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, devise and implement effective internal & external sourcing strategies and agree the interview & selection approach for the role.
  • Articulate a compelling career opportunity and advertise the vacancy, leveraging the Stryker Careers Site, job boards, social media channels, referrals and targeted engagement strategies to attract high quality, diverse candidate applications.
  • Conduct initial screens with candidates to assess technical skills & cultural fit and excite them about the opportunities available at Stryker.
  • Shortlist high quality candidates and manage them through the interview, assessment and selection process, delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
  • Present offers to successful candidates.
  • Manage requisition lifecycle in ATS (Workday) with high accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity.
Advise & Lead
  • Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
  • Advise and guide hiring team on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively to achieve alignment with the hiring team.
  • Tactfully drive the hiring process to hire top talent as quickly as possible.
Innovate
  • Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and share best practices.
  • Participate in projects, implement best practices, embrace change and help improve the overall talent acquisition function.
What You Need
  • Fluent business-level French, English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of work experience required.
  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.
Preferred
  • Fluent in Italian or Spanish
