Qualifications

• Strong SDLC understanding and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
• Collaborate with Business Analysis and stakeholders for estimates and agile delivery plans.
• Design, code, test, and deliver software on the ServiceNow platform.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and secure coding standards.
• Drive process improvements and champion enterprise-wide best practices.
