E-Frontiers in Westmeath is seeking a Senior Setting Out Engineer to lead on residential development projects. You will ensure that all elements of the build are accurately laid out to design specifications and coordinate with the on-site team.

Key duties include setting out foundations and structures, supervising junior engineers and surveyors, reviewing drawings, and maintaining precise documentation to comply with technical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in setting out residential or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant engineering or surveying qualification

Responsibilities

• Perform precise setting out for foundations, structures, and services.
• Supervise junior engineers and surveyors on site.
• Liaise with Site Managers and contractors to ensure accuracy.
