Are you currently in a Sales Development or Business Development role, generating leads, booking meetings, and creating opportunities, but eager to step into a full sales cycle position where you can truly own your success?

Archer is looking for a driven, ambitious sales professional with proven lead generation and appointment-setting achievements to join our team. In this role, you’ll go beyond sourcing opportunities, you’ll negotiate, close deals, and manage client relationships while learning directly from industry experts. This is not a standard sales role where you’re just a step in the process. This is a true full sales cycle position, consultatively selling specialist IT recruitment services to clients across pharma, medical devices, finance, and software.

What You Need

  • At least 2 years in a B2B sales role (SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales, Prospecting Role)
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and driving results
  • Experience selling a service or consultative solutions (ideal, but not essential)
  • Ambition to step into leadership and build something bigger
  • High-performance mindset with entrepreneurial drive
  • EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
  • Dublin-based, with the desire to be part of anoffice-first culture (Mon–Fri)

Base Salary DOE, Commission – Uncapped + Monthly Bonus
