Zohorecruit seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead a new Agile Release Trains focused on re-engineering a legacy system in Dublin, Ireland. This flagship program aims to modernize a critical application using cutting-edge technologies.

You will coach teams on SAFe, manage PI Planning and dependencies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Release Train Engineer or equivalent Agile leadership role.
• Proven experience launching and leading Agile Release Trains.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.

Responsabilités

• Launch and lead the new ART, fostering collaboration and value delivery.
• Guide the ART through re-engineering and modernization of the legacy system.
• Embed Agile and Lean principles within the ART and coach teams.
• Plan and facilitate all ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of Scrums).
• Identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams.
