Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• PMP/FPX Certification preferred.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for engineering resources and activities in the Cork Little Island site.
• Ensure execution of projects and delivery of technical requirements for the value optimisation of supply chain capabilities as well as launch of new products.
• Lead & participate actively in teams to deliver quality projects with Zero injuries, within budget & to schedule while meeting business needs.
• Partner with end users in the identification and definition of innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.
• Ensure that the Commissioning and Qualification process is properly completed and documented for all projects.
• Communicate regular project updates in accordance with governance and partner needs.
• Develop talent through coaching and mentoring.
