Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Principal Project Delivery Engineer to lead engineering delivery activities at the Cork site in Ireland. The role focuses on delivering complex projects in support of the MAM organisation, spanning engineering, maintenance and execution systems with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a team of engineers, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive value delivery for the Small Molecule API site.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required.
Minimum 10 years of project delivery experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for engineering resources and activities in the Cork Little Island site.
Ensure execution of projects and delivery of technical requirements for value optimisation of supply chain capabilities and launch of new products.
Lead & participate actively in teams to deliver quality projects with Zero injuries, within budget & to schedule while meeting business needs.
Partner with end users in the identification and definition of innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.
Ensure that the Commissioning and Qualification process is properly completed and documented for all projects.
Communicate regular project updates in accordance with governance and partner needs.
Develop talent through coaching and mentoring.
