Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee assembly operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, quality, and safety in a cleanroom setting. The role requires coordinating shift activities, supporting CAPAs, and driving continuous improvement with visual management tools.

You will lead operators, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with HR and engineering on new product introductions and process changes.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in Manufacturing cleanroom settings.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Strong initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower planning to achieve on time customer deliveries.
• Lead day-to-day operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure equipment is operated properly.
• Support CAPAs, customer complaints and quality alerts promptly.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and manage attendance.
• Promote continuous improvement with 6S and SQDC board updates.
• Assist engineers on new product introductions and transfers.
