Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Mechanical Foreperson for our Leixlip site in Co. Kildare. The role involves coordinating resources—labour, materials, and sub-contractors—while leading the project team to meet deadlines and client requirements.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a supervisory role, experience with mechanical/electrical contractors, and proven ability to drive safety and quality standards on large projects.

Qualifications

• A trade backgrounds and Qualifications.
• Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.
• Fluent English
• Flexible to travel
• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
• A minimum of 5 years in a Supervision role

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• 5+ years previous experience in Project Management with a recognised
• Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor
• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
• Prepare relevant reports
