You will troubleshoot complex equipment, lead equipment validation projects, and collaborate with Quality and Engineering to improve processes. A strong background in manufacturing and medical devices is essential.

Formación

• Recognised trade qualification or relevant third-level qualification with manufacturing/medical device experience.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with automated equipment validation and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and recommend maintenance to limit downtime and keep production on schedule.
• Design, set-up and execute feasibility studies, experiments, and tests for validation and improvement of equipment and processes.
• Lead projects related to new equipment validation, investigations, testing, and dispositions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on complex equipment to validate operation and avoid downtime.
• Collaborate with Quality to implement corrective actions and document impactful incidents.
