Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in leading technology programmes for mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures and systems integration.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and technology due diligence for acquisitions and carve-outs.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to the deal thesis.
• Support design of target technology operating models.
