O'Brien Landscaping in Dublin is seeking a landscape maintenance foreperson to oversee multiple sites, planning, organising and allocating resources to ensure high standards of finish and safety.

You will lead health and safety activities, coordinate training, QA, and supervise machine operation alongside physical tasks, with a focus on delivering reliable, quality maintenance services across all contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as landscape maintenance foreperson.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance tasks, tools and machines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Interest in CPD, training and career development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites with planning, organising and resource allocation.
• Lead health and safety activities and QA.
• Coordinate training and CPD for staff.
• Operate and supervise use of landscape machinery.
• Perform required physical maintenance tasks.
